Vapepapa.com is committed to providing its customers with a positive shopping experience. The return and exchange policy has been created with the goal of keeping customers satisfied. The following details outline the conditions under which returns and exchanges will be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Return and/or exchange eligibility will be determined by customer service with the goal to keep our customers satisfied. Returns are accepted only in the following cases: wrong item received, and for defective items.

Returns for Wrong Item Received:

In case a customer receives a wrong item, they can return/exchange the item for a full refund. Refunds will be processed for cancelled orders and wrong item received.

Returns for Defective Items:

In case of a defective item, we offer store credit only. For defective items, we will be issuing a store credit, all sales are final. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping cost will never be refunded. Adult Signature Service and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Vape papa reserves the right to process refunds as it sees fit. Refunds will be processed but not limited to cancelled orders and wrong item received.

Exchange Flavors/Device:

Customers may be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us.
